Xenon Quarry provides independent technical inspection services for used residential properties in Paraguay. The inspection results are delivered in a written report with a visual traffic-light rating system.
Our inspection is not a structural engineering assessment, a legal title review, a valuation, or a guarantee of the property's condition. It represents the professional observations of our technician at the time of the visit, based on what was visually accessible.

Xenon Quarry's liability in connection with any inspection service is limited to the fee paid for that specific inspection. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of or reliance on the inspection report. Our inspection is a professional visual assessment and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the condition of the property.
